This course provides an overview of the American Rescue Plan Act's (ARPA) Fiscal Recovery Fund and Treasury's guidance in addition to the Government Finance Officer's Association's recommended principles for local governments to consider when deciding how to use the money. Information is also covered on the General Assembly budgetary plan and on the state's investment and grant opportunities for broadband.
